240 Hour Teacher Training

The Emily Young Teacher Training programme has been developed whether you want to become a yoga teacher or not. It will allow you to deepen into your own practice and understanding of yoga, involving in-depth study of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy and providing you with all the necessary tools to become an ever-evolving student and teacher.

• Blended learning program.

• 6 day intensive residential in a luxury highland lodge.

• 3 x weekends @ Mula Yoga, Burscough, Lancashire.

• Access to the online course content for one year.

• Mental Health First Aid Training.

• Exclusive Personal Research Project Module.

• Yoga Alliance RYT certificate upon completion.
